Burke's Canoe Trips

Located in the heart of the redwoods, Burke’s is a ten mile self-guided canoe trip through the Redwoods. You can comfortably do this trip in approximately 3 ½ hours, actual canoeing time. However, most people picnic, swim, sunbath, etc. and are usually out close to 4 or 5 hours. You will see wildlife such as: otter, Great Blue Heron, osprey, turtles, egret, and more. Canoeing at Burke’s is a true Russian River Tradition. We open for the 2019 summer season beginning Memorial day weekend on Saturday May 25th (24th for camping), and is open seven days a week thereafter for canoe trips, kayak trips, and camping, through mid October.

Update 5/6/20 – We are extremely excited to kick off the summer season and are looking ahead to a summer filled with fun and a lot of sun! However, due to recent events, we would love if you called our office to find out more about our opening date as it is still up in there right now. Canoeing and kayaking at Burke’s is a true Russian River tradition, just remember to please call us ahead of time at 707-887-1222! Plenty of water, lotta fun, lotta sun, you’re gonna love it!
